Personal Assistant to the Head of High School – Logan Village
Full Time | Commencing Term 1, 2026

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Head of High School. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the High School administration and provides a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the life of our school community by building positive connections with staff, students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Head of High School’s calendar, diary, and correspondence
  • Coordinate reporting, timetabling, risk assessments, and school tours
  • Organise interviews, events, and Celebration Nights
  • Provide administrative support for purchases, budgets, and maintenance requests
  • Be the first point of contact for staff and parents
  • Build strong working relationships with administration staff across the school
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as directed by the Head of High School and PA to the Principal

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Able to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion
  • A cooperative and proactive approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
