Education Technology Trainer

Empower teachers to use technology with confidence and creativity.

We’re looking for an Education Technology Trainer to support our teaching staff in using digital tools effectively in the classroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, problem-solving, and creating engaging learning experiences for educators.

There are 2 positions available. One at our Pimpama campus, and one at our Logan Village campus.

This is a Full Time (Permanent) position.

What You’ll Do

Support Teachers

  • Work alongside teachers to integrate technology into their teaching
  • Provide coaching and troubleshooting to build confidence
  • Encourage a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement

Design and Deliver Training

  • Create practical workshops, resources, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure safe and effective tech use
  • Adapt training based on feedback and outcomes

Promote Best Practice

  • Align training with school IT policies and safety standards
  • Monitor training impact and identify new opportunities for staff development

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in training, coaching, or supporting staff with technology
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g. MS365, Apple devices, LMS platforms)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1200 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
