Learning Enrichment Coordinator (High School)
We are seeking an experienced and proficient Learning Enrichment Coordinator to lead our dedicated Learning Enrichment team at our Logan Village campus. The successful candidate will be a committed Christian educator with strong interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of inclusive education practices, and experience in leadership and maintaining accurate student records aligned to NCCD guidelines.
This is a Full Time position based at our Logan Village Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the NCCD process, ensuring consistent and accurate data collection, documentation, and submission in alignment with national and legislative requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and Educational Support Officers to identify and record reasonable adjustments for students with additional learning needs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to staff on inclusive practices and NCCD obligations.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records to support each student's level of adjustment.
- Liaise with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to support effective student outcomes.
- Contribute to whole-school practices for inclusion and assist in the development of policies and procedures related to NCCD.
Essential Criteria:
- A strong commitment to Christian education and the ability to support the Christian ethos of the College.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in managing NCCD processes and inclusive education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a committed and proactive team member.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in data management and student information systems.
- A relevant qualification in Education.
- Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.
Desirable:
- Experience across both Primary and High School education settings.
- Familiarity with learning support frameworks and adjustment planning in Queensland schools.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
