PA to the Head of Primary – Logan Village

This is a full-time (5 days per week) position, starting in Term 1 of 2026.

We are seeking a highly competent, professional, and solutions-focused Personal Assistant to support the Head of Primary. The successful applicant will be a confident problem-solver, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain professionalism in every situation.

Key Responsibilities

· Head of Primary Calendar/Diary maintenance
· Facilitate all correspondence through Head of Primary, including risk assessment & tours
· Reporting and timetabling
· Book Interviews
· Admin for the purchases on credit card and budget queries
· Celebration Day administration
· Facilitate administration for Primary events
· First point of call for all staff and parents wanting to speak with the Head of Primary
· Maintenance requests
· Liaise with and build relationships with administration staff
· Ad hoc duties as directed by Heads and also the PA to the Principal


To be successful for this role you will have:

· Minimum 2 years previous experience in a PA role.
· Current Working with Children's Check
· Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
· Excellent time management skills
· Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice skills, particularly Word and Excel
· Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help!

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).
